Client Service Representative Lead
Dawn has worked in customer service most of her life and began at this hospital as a receptionist nearly twenty years ago. She worked here for several years before opting to stay at home to raise her only child and to help run her family owned business. After a fifteen year break, she managed to find her way back to the hospital and has been employed here at VCA for the past three years. Dawn is a proud mom of one daughter, a dog mom of two, and has two grand-dogs that love to come visit grandma's house. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
