Client Service Representative

Crystal Schmill was born in New Orleans and now lives in Boutte, LA. In 2006, she joined our VCA Causeway team. That same year she married Toby, and they welcomed beautiful baby Emma in September of 2010. Crystal spent most of her childhood around animals and has always harbored a great love and respect for them. This is definitely the perfect job for Crystal! In addition to Toby and Emma, Crystal shares her home with 3 dogs: Mya, a shih-tzu adopted from Causeway, a boxer named Nelson, and Mocha, a chocolate Lab.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our Client Service representatives and Receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
