Dr. Decker was born and raised in Southern California. She earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from UC Riverside in 1996 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from UC Davis in 2003. She has been working at VCA Crestwood since 1996 when she started as a receptionist, then as an assistant, and later a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). Upon graduation from UC Davis, she returned to VCA Crestwood as an associate veterinarian. In 2004, she became Medical Director, a position she still holds. She is married and has a dog. In her very limited spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies and crafts.
