Growing up in Wyoming, Dr. Martin King always knew he wanted to be a veterinarian. He fulfilled his dream after graduating from veterinary school at Kansas State University in 1997. After working several years in general practice, he decided that emergency medicine was his passion. Martin joins our emergency overnight team with 17 years of experience in emergency and small animal medicine.

Martin and his wife also have a small animal practice, Cottonwood Veterinary Services in Buena Vista, CO. As far as furry family members, they have one dog named Pepper and 4 cats, Fuzzy, Pandora, Pete and Dickens.
