Where were you born and raised?
I was born in Nevada and after some moving around, my family settled in Arizona.

How did your career begin?
After high school, I graduated from Maricopa Technical Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant. I have fifteen years of experience in the dental field as an assistant and an office manager. In 1996, I joined the team at VCA Del Lago and have been loving it since!

What do you love about your job?
My favorite part of working at VCA Del Lago is sharing in the lives of the families who come to us and giving them a reason to trust our care. This office provides a unique experience to be part of the loving relationship that our guests have with their "fur babies".

Do you have a any pets?
My own "fur babies" have passed on to a better place. 

Do you have any interests or hobbies?
As a single mom, I am very busy helping with homework and after-school activities. When there is time for fun, my daughter and I love to be outdoors hiking, biking or just walking in the park. At home, we enjoy arts and crafts and movies. I also enjoy painting and country music!

Did you forget to tell them that you have been known to indulge in adventurous activities such a sky diving?
Oh yeah, I like that, too!
