Ellen Norby has been with Delta Oaks for 19 years and has been a member of the VCA family since 2015. As a Customer Service Representative, Ellen enjoys interacting with the clinic’s clients & their pets, as well as handling the behind-the-scenes tasks of any busy office. Originally from Racine, Wisconsin, Ellen now lives with her boxer, Zibby, named by her late husband after his mother, Zibelle. Ellen can often be found in her garden with her grandchildren or sewing during her leisure time (once she spends some time picking up after Zibby, that is).
