Dr. Arthur is from Colorado and received her veterinary degree from CSU School of Veterinary Medicine in Fort Collins. After co-owning a mixed animal practice in Gunnison, CO, from 2002 to 2017, she relocated back to the Front Range to be near family, and access greater resources and education for her daughter.
She has particular interests in geriatrics and end-of-life journeys; surgery; nutrition/obesity management; care provision for feral, stray, and shelter populations and companions of the homeless.

Charles was born and raised in South Florida. He worked at a VCA Hospital in Pembroke Pines for 6 1/2 years, and received a business degree from Nova Southeastern University. Charles moved to Colorado at the end of 2023 and joined the team at VCA Douglas County Animal Hospital. When he's not working, Charles enjoys hiking, cooking/baking, and painting. He has a 4-year-old cat named Mochi, and a 7-year-old dog named Twix.
