Dr. Janet Houser is a native Phoenician. She graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University. She came back to Arizona and has practiced here for over 38 years. Her husband is also a veterinarian, taking care of horses, goats, and zoo animals. She has two grown children and grandchildren. "Jack," a black Labrador Retriever, and "Ninja," a 34 yr old desert tortoise, are her pets. She enjoys jogging, riding horses and being involved with Guide Dogs of the Desert.
