Traveling with your pet can be an exciting but stressful time. Your airline, destination state, or destination country may require a health certificate issued by a USDA accredited veterinarian. Here at IVS, all of our veterinarians have obtained their USDA accreditation and we are happy to walk you through getting a health certificate to travel with your pet.
Prior to your appointment please review the travel requirements for your destination country. Some countries require a specific microchip, Rabies testing, intestinal/ectoparasite control, etc. Since there are so many countries in the world, knowing the requirements, and the changes to the requirements, of all the countries is arduous.
