Jalan started working at VCA in 2018 as a veterinary assistant. Over the years she has grown with us and has graduated with an associate's degree in veterinary technology in 2022 through Penn Foster. She is currently pursuing her bachelor's in veterinary technology and became our technician supervisor in 2023. She has four cats, Herman, Lyndon, Rigby, and Patches, and one dog, a Chow Chow named Quincy.
