Jen joined VCA Lakewood Animal Hospital as a client service representative in 2009. She went on to earn her degree in veterinary technology and became a registered veterinary technician in 2016. She served as hospital manager from 2017 to 2024, but decided to refocus her career towards more hands-on patient care, while still offering support to the management team.
She enjoys cross-country road trips with her husband, Ben, miniature dachshund, Oliver, and beagle mix, Rosie. Additionally, she has a cat, Maureen, and a Northern Pine Snake, Lilith.
Jen is an avid crafter, with way too many works in progress! She can often be found at area music venues supporting both local and national acts. She enjoys playing guitar, swimming, hiking, and competitive pinball.
