Jen joined VCA Lakewood Animal Hospital as a Client Service Representative in 2009. She went on to earn her degree in Veterinary Technology and became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2016 and Hospital Manager in 2017. She enjoys supporting her co-workers and clients through both roles, but cherishes her time working hands-on with patients in surgery.

Jen is an avid crafter, with way too many works in progress! Sewing, resin jewelry, macramé, knitting, embroidery, book making, you name it! She enjoys cross-country road trips with her husband, Ben, miniature dachshund, Oliver, and beagle-mix, Rosie. She can often be found at area music venues supporting both local and national acts. She plays competitive pinball and loves swimming, cycling, hiking, and playing her guitar. She most recently decided to try her hand at gardening despite her lack of a green thumb.
