Before joining the staff of Lakewood Animal Hospital, Dr. Kokochak has practiced as an associate in hospitals in Elyria, Cleveland and Northern Virginia.  She graduated from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011.  She lives in Olmsted Township with her husband and 2 daughters.  They currently share their home with a wild Boston Terrier named Gru and a shy cat named Citra.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, riding her bike, traveling, and wine and beer tasting.
