Dr. Barandica is from Queens, New York, and obtained her bachelor's in biology from Molloy College in Hempstead, NY. She later graduated from St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine in the island of Grenada in 2021. Dr. Barandica worked at another VCA in California for one year before moving back to NYC. Dr. Barandica's interests include dermatology, diagnostic imaging and dentistry. During her free time, Dr. Barandica plays the piano and enjoys going on hikes with her dog, Leon. Dr. Barandica is also fluent in Spanish.
