Originally from Fowlerville, Michigan, Dr. Lexa Elzerman brings a passion for lifelong learning and dedicated patient care to our veterinary team. She completed her undergraduate studies at Grand Valley State University and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University (Class of 2026).
Dr. Elzerman has a particular interest in ophthalmology and loves the unique daily learning opportunities that veterinary medicine provides. For her, nothing compares to the joy of watching beloved pets grow up healthy and helping them recover when they are sick.
When she isn't caring for patients, Dr. Elzerman can be found riding her Quarter Horse, Charlie, staying active at the gym, or catching up with her family. She is a proud pet parent to her two dogs, Arthur and Bruno, and her cat, Carbon.
