Dr. Ashlyn Chaboya is a San Jose native that began her career with VCA in 2016 as an animal care attendant. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from UC Santa Cruz before going off to the United Kingdom for vet school. She obtained her Veterinary degree from Royal Veterinary College, University of London.

Dr. Chaboya has a cat named Pandora that she adopted while at UC Santa Cruz. When it was time to fly off to the UK to study veterinary medicine, Pandora went with her. Pandora proved to be an excellent study buddy!

In her free time, Dr. Chaboya enjoys relaxing with Pandora, watching Netflix, doing morning walks, and playing computer games.
