Barb has worked in several customer service roles, which makes her great at helping with questions or issues that arise. While she loved all of her positions, she is happiest working with our clients and their pets. Barb joined VCA PineRidge as a client service representative in 2021.  

Barb has lived in Anoka since 1998. She loves animals and has three dogs named Gracie, Phillip, and Jack.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our client service representatives and receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
