Dr. Ivana Hui is originally from New York and developed a passion for animals at a very young age. Throughout the years, she has cared for dogs, cats, turtles, hermit crabs, parakeets, and a hedgehog. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Western University of Health Sciences in 2016 and then completed a small animal rotating medicine and surgery internship at the VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center before moving to the greater Seattle region. Her special interests include behavior, internal medicine, and soft-tissue surgery. In her free time, Dr. Hui enjoys hiking, baking, and winter sports.
