Dr. Stephanie Powers is available for urgent care and wellness appointments. Dr. Powers grew up on the South Shore in Norwell and attended high school at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham. She received her BS in Biology from Fairfield University in Connecticut, where she was a captain on the equestrian team. She then attended Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island in Canada. Dr. Powers went on to complete a rotating small animal medicine and surgery internship at the VCA South Shore Animal Hospital in Weymouth. She worked as an emergency veterinarian at Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn before joining the team at Roberts Animal Hospital in 2016.

Dr. Powers' professional interests include emergency medicine, preventative care (including weight management and dental care), and dermatology. She is also a Vizsla and Pointer dog enthusiast. In her free, time she enjoys horseback riding, rowing, trail running with her dog, and the beach any time of the year. Dr. Powers lives in Norwell with her husband, who is also a veterinarian, and their two children. They have a vizsla named Cisco.
