Jessica started as a kennel and technician assistant in 1990 in Irvine, CA. After 5 years, she moved to NorCal and worked at Forestville Veterinary Hospital. During her time there as a veterinary assistant, she attended the SRJC Veterinary Technician Program and received her RVT in 2003. Starting at Animal Care Center in 2003, Jessica primarily worked in surgery, emergency and internal medicine, though she dabbled in cardiology, neurology and interventional radiology. She obtained her Veterinary Technician Specialty in Emergency and Critical Care in 2009. Jessica transitioned into the role of Veterinary Technician Manager in 2016. She is also an adjunct professor in the SRJC Veterinary Technician program, focusing on emergency and critical care.
Jessica enjoys anything that has to do with water and the outdoors. She has been known to perform hula-hoop tricks at outdoor events and swims on a Masters Swim team. She has two, almost adult, children, two dogs, four cats and occasional foster kittens in a small condo in Santa Rosa.
Administration
