Dr. Fultz brings a strong foundation in advanced cardiac care. Earning her veterinary degree with honors from the University of Glasgow in Scotland, she then completed her cardiology residency at the University of Wisconsin Veterinary Care in Madison (2022–2025). Prior to that, Dr. Fultz completed both a cardiology specialty internship and a small animal rotating internship at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Referral Center in San Diego. With expertise in both medical management and interventional cardiology, Dr. Fultz is a wonderful addition to our team and an asset to patients needing specialized care.
