Jessica started with VCA in 2007 as a CSR/Kennel Assistant who then moved up to Patient Care Coordinator, she then left VCA in 2010 to gain management experience and returned as CSR Supervisor in 2015. In 2018 she was promoted to Hospital Manager. Jessica has a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Psychology. She lives in Westchester with her husband, her son, JJ, and her two rescues, Bucky and Pooh.
