Dr. Helen Plosky moved from the East Coast to Seattle in 2004 and has been part of the VCA West Seattle family ever since. She has had the pleasure of getting to know and work with so many clients and their four footed families over the years. Dr. Plosky's professional interests include internal and geriatric medicine and client education.
Dr. Plosky shares a home with her husband, two amazing children, their sweet dog (Winston), and two rescued tuxedo cats (Daisy and Max). When not working, she spends time cheering on her children's sports teams, rooting for the Mariners, and enjoying the beautiful Northwest....
Carolyn has been working in the veterinary field for almost 20 years and is a Board Licensed Veterinary Technician. While attending college, she had the amazing opportunity to work at the Philadelphia Zoo. She presented and lectured about various species and the importance of sustaining diversity. Her favorite task while at the zoo was keeping the elephants from throwing rocks and spraying water at the construction crew who were building the Big Cat Exhibit next to the elephant compound.
