Dr. Linnehan obtained her DVM degree from the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in 2018. After graduation, she completed a small animal medicine and surgery rotating internship at VCA South Shore (Weymouth) Animal Hospital. Following her internship, Dr. Linnehan worked as a General Practice veterinarian here at VCA Westboro Animal Hospital for five years. She then spent time at VCA Shaker Road Animal Hospital and VCA South Shore Weymouth. In 2025, she rejoined the staff at VCA Westboro Animal Hospital as part of the General Practice team.
Dr. Linnehan shares her home with her family—her husband, Matt; their daughter, Rose; two dogs, Nessie and Doolin; and one cat, Salem. Outside of work she enjoys crafting, traveling, and rooting for Pittsburgh sports.
Dr. Linnehan has a special interest in ophthalmology and surgery.
