Erika was born and raised in Hayward, CA. She has lived here her whole life and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Erika has worked in vet med for almost 20 years and has loved every minute of it. She worked in ophthalmology for 10 years and in general vet for the past 7 years. She still sees herself in the veterinary field in 10-20 years. It's a lifelong love and devotion.

Erika's pets include a 1.5 year old Frenchie named Coco, an 8 year old foster kitty named Cruella, a 1 year old orange cat named Jackie Bandida, and 2 green conures. 

If Erika could be any animal, she would be a lioness. 

Her favorite motto is: "We work hard to play hard."
