Courtney Bartlett grew up in the Maryland suburbs between Baltimore and Washington, D.C. She studied Biology and Environmental Studies at The University of Maryland in Baltimore and The George Washington University in D.C. Courtney joined the team at VCA All Pets Animal Hospital Salinas in 2017 as a Client Service Representative. She later transferred to VCA Becker Animal Hospital and Pet Resort in Texas, where she became the Technician Supervisor. She returned to VCA Salinas in 2021 and became Technician Supervisor and then Hospital Manager in March 2022.
Courtney is interested in canine and feline nutrition and is a Royal Canin Certified Nutritional Advisor. She is also interested in pet physical therapy. Courtney is passionate about client education and loves watching all of our CareClub® patients grow up with us!
Courtney has three dogs and usually keeps a rotating foster dog in the house. Her dogs are an eight-year-old male Siberian Husky named Apollo, a seven-year-old female German Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog mix named Eris, and a two-year-old German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois/Great Pyrenees mix named Charlie.
When she is not at work, you can find Courtney hiking, at the beach, doing yoga, baking, traveling, or fostering. Since 2018, she has fostered 22 pets (17 dogs and 5 cats).
