I was born and raised in a small town in central New Jersey. My undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Pennsylvania, class of 1995. While at Penn, I was a member of the Varsity football team and played defensive line. My junior and senior year we won the Ivy League title.
I earned a VMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 with a focus on small animal medicine and surgery. I graduated with honors and at graduation, was named outstanding student in Internal medicine and Cardiology, and was inducted into the Phi Zeta honor society of veterinary medicine).
I practiced in South Brunswick, NJ, for the first 22 years of my career before joining the VCA team at Allenwood. I come to Allenwood with a great deal of experience in both soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.
I currently live Manasquan, NJ, with my wife, Gina, and two children, Kate and Kyle. My wife is a kindergarten teacher in Freehold township, my daughter is a Junior at TCNJ, studying early childhood education, and my son is a Junior at the High School.
My passion outside of work is surfing and spending time on the water with family and friends.
