Olivia is a client service representative with a lifelong passion for helping animals and supporting their well-being. Caring for animals has always been a central part of her life and continues to motivate her every day. Olivia brings hands-on experience and knowledge of animal handling from working with dogs at a boarding facility, as well as extensive pet care experience from running her own pet-sitting service from a young age. These experiences have helped build her strong foundation in animal care, communication, and compassion. Her devotion to animals and interest in their health inspired her to pursue a career in the animal medical field, where she is excited to continue learning to better help pets and their families. She especially enjoys meeting new people and their pets each day and seeing the unique personalities that make every animal special. In her free time, she enjoys going on hikes with her two dogs and exploring nature.
