Dr. Andreas Andreou is a dedicated and compassionate emergency veterinarian with extensive experience in emergency medicine. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the prestigious Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. Later, Dr Andreou completed a one-year rotating internship at the esteemed Animal Medical Center in Manhattan, where he had previously worked as a licensed veterinary technician for several years.
After relocating from New York City to Los Angeles, Dr. Andreou developed a strong professional interest across multiple specialties, with a particular interest in emergency medicine and surgery. He excels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where he's dedicated to delivering critical care and facilitating rapid recovery for patients facing urgent medical conditions.
In addition to emergency medicine, Dr. Andreou is deeply committed to avian and exotic animal care, further expanding his expertise to treat a diverse range of species.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Andreou enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two children, and a variety of beloved animal family members. He also enjoys the relaxing So Cal life, including traveling, exploring the world of oil painting, bike riding and relaxing at the beach.
