Dr. Maderich received her Bachelor of Science degree in neurobiology, physiology, and behavior at the University of California, Davis. Subsequently, she continued at the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine to received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2020. Immediately following veterinary school, she completed a one-year rotating internship at Blue Pearl Seattle Veterinary Specialists followed by a neurology specialty internship and her three-year neurology residency at VCA Animal Specialty Group.
Dr. Maderich has a special interest in neurosurgery as well as physical rehabilitation and chronic pain management.
Outside of work, Dr. Maderich shows her Great Danes in a variety of events, such as AKC conformation, agility, obedience, and scent work. She is a professional photographer, with a special focus on capturing the human-animal bond. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and capturing photos of her dogs in the beautiful places she travels to.
