Dr. Torres was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at the University of Florida.
With a passion for lifelong learning, Dr. Torres has pursued extensive continuing education, developing interests in soft tissue surgery, ophthalmology, and dentistry. She has completed multiple certification courses in these areas and remains dedicated to expanding her expertise.
Dr. Torres is also passionate about preventative care and Fear Free techniques, ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their families. She is currently working on renewing her Fear Free certification to continue providing stress-free veterinary visits.
Outside of work, Dr. Torres enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, reading, and making memories with her beloved dog, Quincy.
Her deep love for animals and commitment to being a voice for the voiceless inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She strives to deliver high-quality care to every pet and educate pet owners on their companions' well-being.
