Taylor Langley
Staff Veterinarian DVM

Dr. Taylor Langley joined the VCA Aviara team June, 2024, as an associate veterinarian. Dr. Langley grew up in Chandler, Arizona. She studied Applied Biological Sciences at Arizona State University, and at this time was working as a veterinary assistant and receptionist. Following her undergraduate studies, she went on to pursue her dream of attending Veterinary School at Colorado State University.

While at Colorado State University, Dr. Langley was able to explore many different interests such as studying exotic companion animal medicine through elective courses, obtained her Fear Free Practitioner certification to minimize stress experienced by patients at the veterinary hospital, volunteered for her school's cesarean section (C-section) team to resuscitate neonates, and became Recover CPR certified.

Dr. Langley is excited to create relationships with both her clients and her patients. She is passionate about creating a better experience at the vet for each patient. Her professional interests include dermatology, dentistry, behavior, and companion exotic animal medicine.

Dr. Langley was looking to return to a warmer climate and is ecstatic to be in northern San Diego County to serve the people of Carlsbad. She is owned by two pit bull mixes, Lincoln and Margot. When she is not in the veterinary hospital she enjoys traveling, hiking, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and above all spending time with her pets.
