Shelby Kate Garza, Office Manager

As VCA Bakersfield Animal Hospital's Office Manager, Shelby Kate Garza oversees our front office and client relations. She has earned her Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Taft College.

"The best part of my job is building relationships with the clients and helping them through either the toughest times or the most exciting times of their lives," she says. "I like to think of myself as the hospital's cheerleader, always smiling, laughing, and trying to make the best off of every day."

Shelby has three precious cats: Bobbie Girl, Diamond, and Shooter. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her cats, her husband, and her daughter, Natalie. She also enjoys cooking, arts and crafts, window shopping, and board games.
