Dr. Jimenez earned her undergraduate degree from CSU, Bakersfield, and went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University. She began her veterinary career as a veterinary assistant before completing the registered veterinary technician program at Bakersfield College. Dr. Jimenez practiced as an RVT for six years and first joined our team in 2010 as a technician. She later returned to our practice as a veterinarian in June 2018.
Outside of work, Dr. Jimenez enjoys spending quality time with her family and "monsters", especially after welcoming her two children. She has a special place in her heart for black cats and pit bulls. Her monster crew include a pit bull named Dani, a Chihuahua named Beans, and three black cats—Sami, Friday, and Dahlia.
