Dr. Peter Siegler is an associate veterinarian with a passion for small animal care and a strong foundation in both clinical practice and continuing education. Originally from the Bay Area peninsula, Dr. Siegler spent seven years living in Melbourne, Australia, where he earned his veterinary degree and developed a global perspective on animal health.
He has a particular interest in small animal soft tissue surgery but enjoys the variety that general practice offers. His professional development includes certifications in Fear Free animal handling, Basic and Advanced CPR through the RECOVER initiative, and specialized training in wildlife care, dentistry, and urogenital surgery.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Siegler enjoys rollerblading, attending live music events with friends, and chasing after his energetic Whippet, Didgit, at the park. He finds great fulfillment in the ever-evolving nature of veterinary medicine and takes pride in helping pet owners understand and resolve their animals' health concerns.
