Connie Williams, Veterinary Assistant

Connie, a graduate of the University of Kansas and the University of Missouri - Kansas City, grew up in Overland Park, KS and currently lives in Piper, KS. Her background was originally in marketing, but after working with animal health and pet nutrition companies for over ten years, she felt too distant from the actual pets she was helping and wanted to make a more direct impact on those pets. She excitedly made the move to the veterinary field in 2016 so she could experience the fuzzy faces, wiggly butts, and slobbery kisses firsthand. 

In her spare time, Connie enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, cooking and traveling. Along with her husband and son, she adopted their two dogs, Barney, a terrier mix, and Wilbur, a dachshund mix, from a local animal shelter. Connie and her family were also adopted by a stray cat, who they named Wonton Sushi.
