Hospital Manager
Alex is our hospital manager here at VCA Del Lago Animal Hospital! She started in the field in 2021 as a client service representative, where she developed a strong foundation in client experience and patient advocacy, before cross-training as a veterinary technician and being promoted to hospital manager. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, she moved to Arizona in 2018 to finish school at ASU! She has a strong background in customer service and has a passion for client experience and team culture. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors and with her two dogs, reading new books, tending to her plants, and trying new coffee shops.
