We are committed to caring for your pet – while maintaining the highest level of safety for our Associates and pet owners. Face coverings/masks are required at all of our U.S. hospitals. We thank you for your continued patience and support. Learn more about our COVID-19 response and guidelines.

Starting June 21st, our lobby will be fully open to the public!  Please come in for your scheduled exam or food and medication pickups. Masks will be required for everyone entering the building. We are still offering curbside care to any client that requests this service. Please request when you call to make your appointment.  Our lobby is set up with separated seating booths for social distancing. We do still politely ask that no more than 1 client come into the exam room at a time with their pet(s) unless there are special circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. It's so great to be back!

Immunizations

Vaccines and regular health exams are key preventive care measures and are critical to the well-being of your pets to help protect them from potentially deadly infectious diseases like Distemper, Parvovirus, Leptospirosis and Rabies in dogs; and Panleukopenia, Feline Leukemia Virus (FLV) and Rabies in cats.

Vaccination protects pets from disease by exposing their body's immune system to inactive or parts of a type of bacteria or virus. Our doctors will help you decide which vaccines are appropriate for your pet's risk factors. Proper administration and giving a vaccine at the correct age and time interval is critical for proper protection. Vaccination is particularly critical in young animals that have naive immune systems. Vaccination typically starts at 6-8 weeks of age and the puppy and kitten series is completed around 16 weeks of age.

Vaccinations are generally accompanied by doctor consultation and examination to ensure your pet is healthy enough for the vaccines. We will keep you up to date when your pets will be due for booster vaccinations during their adult years.
