Cass joined VCA Henderson Pass in 2021 after moving to San Antonio from Southern California. Her career in veterinary medicine began in 2016 as a veterinary assistant but she realized soon after that the front desk was where she felt the most at home. Working in the animal care field has been a dream of hers since childhood and she loves being in a position where she can make a difference in the lives of pets and their humans.

When not at work, Cass can be found at home watching bad reality TV shows, enjoying live music, or spending time with her husband and their personal zoo that consists of their six cats, Mormo, Gorgo, Emma, Yama, Breezy, and Sam and their little tripod dog named Apple.
