I have been a part of VCA for the past 18 years. Before stepping into management, I worked as a veterinary technician supervisor here at VCA Kingwood, which gave me the opportunity to build a strong foundation in patient care while learning the importance of supporting both veterinary teams and the families they serve. Six years ago, I was given the opportunity to take on the hospital manager position for another VCA team. It has been an honor to support and lead that team, but I am so excited to be back where it all started for me.
I am passionate about creating a welcoming, compassionate environment where pets receive excellent care and clients feel heard, respected, and confident in their pet's health care. I also enjoy working with our team, helping people grow in their roles, and making sure our hospital is a positive place for both our staff and the pets in our care.
Outside of work, I'm happiest spending time with my family and my two dogs. Lady Mae is my smart and goofy golden retriever, while Lucy is my sweet, old girl heeler. When I'm not at the hospital, you'll often find me outdoors enjoying boating and hiking. I also love cooking, baking, and making time for the people—and four-legged family members—who mean the most to me.
