Veterinarian Mathilde Wahl joined the VCA Knapp's Corner Team in July 2025.
Originally from France, Mathilde moved to Las Vegas, NV, at the age of 8 and later relocated to Arizona for her undergraduate and veterinary studies at Midwestern University. Her journey into veterinary medicine has been shaped by a lifelong love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
Mathilde brings a strong background in ultrasound, internal medicine, orthopedics, surgery, and dentistry, and is Fear Free Certified. She is passionate about educating pet owners, building lasting connections, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of pets and their families.
Outside of work, Mathilde enjoys spending time with her partner and their three pets—Violet (Pitbull), Videl (French Bulldog x Pug), and Bruce (Pitbull). Whether hiking scenic trails, exploring new food spots, or diving into a good book, she finds joy in life's simple pleasures.
