Dr. Rubin enjoys spending time with her family and spending time with her animals.
Why I do what I do: "Thanks to my dad (Ellis Rubin), I was fortunate enough to be exposed to veterinary medicine as a kid. He used to bring sick animals home to provide round- the-clock-care and he would have me come in when there were interesting things to see. I never grew out of wanting to be a vet. I love being able to help solve pet's problems and being a part of their care at all stages of their lives. There is no better career choice for me."
Angela's love for animals started as a child and always dreamt of working with them. Most of her younger years were spent riding horses, up until going to college. She obtained a bachelor's degree at Delaware Valley University in Small Animal Science. In 2016, Angela took on the role of Veterinary Assistant Supervisor at VCA Knightswood, working closely with upper management. She strives to offer guidance, knowledge, and support to fellow co-workers while also continuing to grow in her role. Angela's interests include surgery, anesthesia, and patient care.
