Our veterinarians, technicians and other pet-friendly support staff are trained to the highest standards. Their thorough knowledge of the latest procedures and medications ensures that all our patients receive the best in preventive and healing care.
VCA Madeira Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small-animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care for cats and dogs of the Cincinnati, Madeira, Indian Hill, Kenwood, Blue Ash, Montgomery, Oakley, Silverton, Loveland, and Milford areas. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local specialists when more extensive diagnostic procedures are required. We have a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery and dental suites, in-house digital X-ray capabilities, as well as a closely-supervised hospitalization area.
VCA Madeira Animal Hospital was built in 1934 and is one of Cincinnati's oldest veterinary hospitals. Selected as one of the top veterinary clinics in the city by Cincinnati Magazine, we are honored to be one of our city's longest continuous American Animal Hospital Association member facilities, having voluntarily achieved the high standards of the organization for more than 36 years. Only 14% of animal hospitals in the United States are AAHA accredited.
At VCA Madeira Animal Hospital, we strive to offer not only sound advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy.
We harness the scale and strength of our global network while acknowledging each individual's contribution. We work locally to improve the lives of all who interact with our brand.

Lionbridge provides over-the-phone and video interpretation services for non-English-speaking and American Sign Language (ASL) clients. In real time, veterinary providers can enlist an expert Lionbridge interpreter to facilitate a clear exchange of information between themselves and clients.
