Team Spotlight
Dr. Kirkland attended the University of Nebraska where he received his bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. He then attended Iowa State University for Veterinary school. He practiced for two years in Arizona and then moved to Salt Lake City in 1989.
Dr. Kirkland has been with VCA Mountain View Animal Hospital since 2003. His special interests are surgery and orthopedics. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, hiking, boating and spending time with his two kids, Kelsey and Tyler, his wife, Kristi, and his dog Jack.
