Dr. Yen attended Texas A&M University, where she earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees with honors. She then completed a small animal internship in Chicago, receiving advanced training alongside board-certified specialists. Afterward, she practiced in Austin, Texas, for more than a decade, building lasting relationships with her patients and their families while helping them navigate every stage of life.
While Dr. Yen has a special interest in internal medicine, her greatest passion is helping pets and their people live their best lives together. She strives to make every visit approachable, comfortable, and as stress-free as possible for dogs, cats, and their humans alike. In addition to fostering strong relationships with her patients and clients, Dr. Yen is passionate about mentoring and teaching the next generation of veterinarians.
Outside of work, Dr. Yen enjoys hiking and exploring the country's beautiful national parks with her husband. She also has a creative side and loves drawing, crafting, and gardening in her free time. She is often accompanied by Mimi, her mini rescue poodle, who takes the best awkward photos.
Dr. Yen looks forward to meeting you and your pets and is honored to become part of the Murrayhill community. She is excited to partner with you in providing compassionate, personalized care for your beloved family members.
