Sylvia is our hospital manager. Sylvia was born and raised in Tracy. She started at Old River in 1996 as a receptionist and became hospital manager in 2006. Sylvia and her husband Frank have been married for almost 37 years and they have 3 children and 12 grandchildren and one very spoiled dog, Spike. In her time away from the hospital, Sylvia loves to read and take long walks. Sylvia is also kept very busy keeping up with all of her grandchildren's different activities.
