Welcome to our hospital, providing comfortable and safe accommodations for your pets while you attend to other needs. Regardless of whether the stay is a ½ day, a weekend, or a few weeks, we will provide room, board, and loving attention to your pet’s unique needs.
Unlike large boarding facilities, our boarding accommodations allow us to provide more individual attention and longer play periods in our fenced in backyard. Our kennel staff is fully trained and compassionate. The team of veterinary technicians and veterinarians is available on-site during business hours should any medical concern arise.
While some large (big box) boarding facilities limit your dog’s stay to indoors in possibly risky, group situations, our standard of care provides individual playtime 3 times per day. However, you may elect to have your own pets share playtimes.
During the Summer, our canine guests enjoy our wading pool and sprinkler. Our cat guests are also provided time to stretch their legs and look outside via our large windows. And, for those pets needing special care to treat chronic medical conditions, our boarding guests benefit from the on-site, experienced, medical team.
OUR ACCOMMODATIONS
Regardless of your pet’s species or size, we offer a variety of accommodations which will comfortably house your pet during your time apart. For our canine guests, we not only offer a variety of cottage sizes, we also offer suites with raised floors and elevated beds. In addition, we have a deluxe suite should you wish to house multiple dogs together. Cots and comfortable bedding are provided. And, for our feline companions, we offer individual accommodations with soft bedding and a clean litter box. Our separate cat and dog facilities are climate controlled for the comfort of our guests.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
For the health and safety of our hospitalized patients, our boarding guests, our staff, and you we require all boarders to be current on vaccinations and to be free of fleas and intestinal parasites. This latter requirement may be fulfilled via a negative fecal test within 6 months or by de-worming. Please call for details.
Boarders must have been examined by VCA Parkway in the past 12 months.

Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. We do not offer after hours pick-up.
Boarding check-in is no later than 60 minutes prior to closing to provide time for your pet to get comfortable.

If you have to be away and cannot take your companion with you, we are happy to care for them in our climate controlled boarding facilities. We have a variety of housing options to suit all types of pets and really strive to make sure they are comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you are away.
