Pet Boarding

When you have to travel and can't bring your pet, you can trust our medical team to offer compassionate care while you are away. If you have questions about what boarding options are available for your pet, please contact our hospital to discuss rates and availability. So we can better serve you and your pet, please make reservations in advance, especially around the holidays. If your pet has any special needs or requires medication, please let us know when booking the reservation so we can discuss if boarding is right for your pet.

What to expect:

Boarding admission and discharge occur during our office hours, which are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. We strongly encourage arriving at least 30 minutes prior to closing when admitting pets for boarding. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete paperwork and review care instructions with a medical team member. We also want as much time as possible to get your pet settled prior to our departure at the end of the day.

Please note that the hospital is not continuously staffed outside our office hours. Even though the office is closed, our medical team does come in Saturday evening, twice on Sunday (morning and evening), and twice daily on holidays to care for pets.

If you would like your dog bathed or groomed prior to departure, please let us know so we can get them scheduled. These services are offered Monday - Friday. Our team will contact you as soon as they are ready for discharge.

We operate a parasite free facility (fleas, ticks, intestinal parasites). Should we find any parasites, we will treat at your expense.

What information we need from you:

  • If your pet need any medication refills, medical services, or bath/grooming while here.
