Rachel Finer, DVM is a dedicated veterinarian at VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph in 2021 and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2024. Originally from Ontario, Canada, Dr. Finer enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and skiing in her free time.  She also enjoys spending time with her domestic shorthair kitty, George.
