Dr. Beermann grew up in Florida and received her bachelor's degree in Zoology from the University of Florida. She attended  the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana College of Veterinary Medicine where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2019. Dr. Beermann completed a one-year general practice and emergency internship at Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital in Thousand Oaks. In her spare time, she enjoys taking ceramics classes, bird watching, and spending time with family and Chihuahua mix, Kiwi.
