Dr. Joe grew up on a dairy farm in Northeast Indiana and graduated from Purdue University in 2002. Following graduation from Veterinary School, he did a Medical and Surgical Internship at Sacramento Animal Medical Group in Sacramento, California from 2002-2003. From 2003 until 2014, he practiced at a VCA hospital in Tacoma, Washington, providing general wellness services, emergency & critical care, internal medicine, soft tissue & orthopedic surgery. In 2015, Dr. Joe took on the role of Medical Director at a 24 hour emergency hospital in Uniontown, Ohio. He and his wife have made the choice to relocate to Wisconsin to be closer to family. Professionally, he enjoys orthopedic surgery and endoscopy. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, sporting events and travel.
